Course Booking and Fee Payment Terms:
  • All course bookings (including trial classes) must have payment completed via this website or designated channels within the specified time frame to confirm the reservation.

  • If a student requests to cancel any confirmed course booking (including trial classes) due to personal reasons, the Company will issue no refund under any circumstances.
  • Students must bear the full responsibility for any losses incurred due to absence or cancellation.
  • The Company reserves the right to change or cancel classes due to severe weather, last-minute instructor changes, or other force majeure events.
  • If the Company cancels a class, a make-up session will be arranged for the student, or, upon mutual agreement, the remaining balance may be processed proportionally for unused sessions, but no cash refund will be provided for cancellations initiated by the Company.

Chen-style Taijiquan Second Road Cannon Fist is mainly firm with flexibility within firmness. When practicing, stomp and tremble with a complete flow. When learning the old frame second road fist, one should be based on mastering the old frame first road of Chen-style Taijiquan and break through the stage of getting rid of stiffness and seeking flexibility to achieve the state where the whole body follows, with every movement of the whole body in unison. Combine internal and external aspects, be relaxed and steady, with complete strength. Make breathing and movements coordinated. Only then can one learn and practice the second road fist without deviation. Otherwise, without the relaxed and springy strength, when practicing boxing, one will be stiff. One will be top-heavy and floating, with transverse qi filling the chest, rapid heartbeat, panting breathing, blue lips, and pale face. This is not beneficial for fitness and practice. Learners must pay attention.
