Description

Chen-Style Tai Chi – Selected 36 Forms

The Chen-Style Tai Chi Selected 36 Forms is a streamlined routine carefully compiled from core movements of traditional Chen-Style Tai Chi (such as Old Frame First Form and Second Form). This set preserves the essential characteristics of Chen-Style Tai Chi, including the balance of hardness and softnessspiral twisting and coiling, and the alternation of fast and slow movements.

It is ideal for beginners looking to learn Tai Chi, as well as a great choice for those with limited time who want to maintain daily fitness and wellness. The routine effectively combines the health benefits of Tai Chi with its martial arts principles.
